Antique domed trunk

Antique large steam locomotive trunk restored to its former glory. Measures 40" X 23 1/2" X 27", with original compartments built into the lid. All original oak straps and original refinished hardware. Constructed with antique square nails. Faux aged finish on real copper sheets embedded in lower levels where natural rust had occurred. Rolls from side to side on original wheels. No handles on sides and lock has been disabled for child safety

Fun fact: The reason the trunks were made with a domed top is to allow oxygen to fill the top above the opening. What if the ship was plundered? The trunk would float and be salvageable or would it eventually wash ashore romantic feeling of a real pirate trunk!
