Right of Withdrawal, Return and Refund

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 working days of delivery of the package. To request authorization for the return, the customer must send a request to the email address info@puntozip.com, alternatively by registered letter with return receipt or certified mail ferrariave@legalmail.it within 14 working days of receiving the goods. The return must take place within 14 working days from the date of authorization from our assistance, taking care to include all the delivery notes and/or tax receipts included in the package. The customer must return the product carefully packed in the original packaging and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and everything originally contained, in the absence of these, he can still return the product, however the refund value will suffer a decrease which will be evaluated when we physically receive the product in the warehouse. The shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer.

 

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, you will be refunded the amount you paid for the purchase of the returned goods (with the exception of shipping costs and additional costs deriving from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using PayPal or bank transfer, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If one or all of the products arrived damaged, you can send a complaint email.

The e-mail must contain the following information to speed up the refund and/or replacement of the goods:

- A detailed description of the damaged parts and any tampering by the courier.

- Take a series of photos where it is possible to understand the problem in detail, it is necessary to take a photo of the package including the original packaging and one of the contents of the box.

- Send us everything by e-mail to: info@puntozip.com . We advise you to reduce the images and compress them using a file compression program (eg Winzip or Winrar), furthermore the total weight of the e-mail must not exceed 2 Mb in total.

 When we receive all the information, we will deal with the problem as soon as possible.

In the event of damage and/or a defective product, the customer has the right to a replacement, provided that it is reported to us within 14 working days of receiving the package by our courier, as required by law.

Conclusion of the contract

Your order confirmation takes place on the screen: Cart Summary - after being recognized by the system by entering your registration data - and confirming on the button: Send Order. The order is accepted when the goods are shipped. The purchase contract also becomes valid upon shipment. In some cases it may be necessary to request more information to process the order and we reserve the right to refuse an order. The details of your order are saved electronically in the private area of ​​the site. If you have provided your e-mail address, you will receive all the information relating to your order by e-mail which you can print directly.

Shipping and deliveries

The customer's order will be processed within the times indicated at the time of purchase, these are specified in the PRODUCT DETAILS , in the CART and in the CHECKOUT phase. Shipping costs, when present, will be calculated on the partial value of the order and will be invoiced only once. Deliveries will be made throughout Italy (including the islands, Vatican City, the Republic of San Marino) via the NEXIVE courier. The packages will be delivered by NEXIVE to the address indicated by you. If no one is available, the courier will leave a message indicating delivery on the next day (max 3 attempts).
