Shipping conditions

We use the SDA POSTE ITALIANE Express Courier to deliver our products to your home. To view the status of the shipment, log in to your account and enter the Orders section, Once shipped, you will receive an e-mail alert with the link to monitor the position of the package.

The customer's order will be processed within the times indicated at the time of purchase, these are specified in the PRODUCT DETAILS , in the CART and in the CHECKOUT phase. Shipping costs, when present, will be calculated on the partial value of the order and will be invoiced only once. Deliveries will be made throughout Italy (including the islands, Vatican City, the Republic of San Marino) via the Bartolini courier or the GLS courier. The packages will be delivered to the address indicated by you. If no one is available, the courier will leave a message indicating delivery on the next day (max 3 attempts).
